Products on Ryzomart may be sold and fulfilled directly by individual vendors or suppliers. These vendors may define their own return and refund terms, which will be displayed on the product page. Ryzomart is not liable for return refusals made in accordance with the vendor’s declared policy. However, our team may assist in dispute resolution where necessary.
